Viruses infect computers on a regular basis and can wreak havoc. We will find an eradicate all viruses on your system and make your computer healthy again. We will also make sure you have the most updated version of your antivirus and will even install one if there isn't already an antivirus program present.

Operating system choices include Windows or Linux. Price shown is for labor; total price will include the cost of parts.

Tune ups include defragmentation of the hard drive and other storage media, deletion of junk files, antivirus scan, browser cleanup, and other routine maintenance to help speed up the computer.

Installation of new hardware including memory, CD/DVD/Blu-Ray drives, add on cards, hard drives, etc. Total price includes cost of part.

Replacement of the main system board (motherboard) in desktops and laptops.  This includes cost of labor for replacing a bad motherboard with a new working one, as well as uninstalling the hardware connected to old motherboard and reinstalling them onto the new board. The price of the new motherboard will be included in the total cost of service.

Replacement of cracked/broken LCD/LED screen on laptops. Total price includes cost of new screen.

Installation and setup of individual software programs. $10 per software program or $25 for a software suite. (Example of a suite would be Microsoft Office, Adobe Essentials, etc.) Total price includes cost of software, if any.

Reinstall of Windows operating system or upgrade to newest version.

Installation of antivirus software, most current service pack, newest browser version, and tweak settings to block access to known malicious websites. Security packages are for new or refurbished fresh-install OS PCs only.

Installation of a new router or upgrade an existing one. We will also setup an SSID name and password for extra security and to keep out unwanted users. We'll make sure your devices are connected so that they're all set and ready to go once everything is set up. 

Backup/restore of important files onto another storage device.

We erase and wipe all data clean off of hard drives, USB drives, SSDs, etc.
